Sai BABA WORDS OF WISDOM~~~

~~~Sai BABA WORDS OF WISDOM~~~
" I'm the Inner Ruler of all & seated in your heart , I envelope all the creatures , the movable & immovable world . "
If SAI accepts a devotee , He follows Him & stand by Him , day & night , at his home abroad . Let the devotee go anywhere he likes , SAI  is there ahead of him in some form , in an inconceivable manner...
If I take one rupee as Dakshina (offering) from anybody, I have to return it tenfold to him. I never ask anyone indiscriminately
We are not the "doer" for any part of our life. We are the executors of a script written by Baba. The only thing we should run after is creating value and not wealth. Success of being a good human is judged by the impact you have created for others.
We spend time trying to make decisions, as if we are the decision maker. The truth is that Baba is the decision maker of our life and he has the supreme power. Just think of him when you are confused.. he will make the decision easier for you.
Let the senses do their allotted work.....
Om Sai Ram!!!
 Let the senses do their allotted work.....
jyotॐ सांई jyotश्री सांई jyotजय जय सांई jyot
एक समय जब नानासाहेब म्हालसापति और अन्य लोगों के साथ मस्जिद में बैठे हुए थे तो बीजापुर से एक सम्भ्रान्त यवन परिवार श्री साईबाबा के दर्शनार्थ आया । कुलवन्तियों की लाज रक्षण भावना देखकर नानासाहेब वहाँ से निकल जाना चाहते थे, परन्तु बाबा ने उन्हे रोक लिया । स्त्रियाँ आगे बढ़ी और उन्होंने बाबा के दर्शन किये । उनमें से एक महिला ने अपने मुँह पर से घूँघट हटाकर बाबा के चरणों में प्रणाम कर फिर घूँघट डाल लिया । नानासाहेब उसके सौन्दर्य से आकर्षित हो गये और एक बार पुनः वह छटा देखने को लालायित हो उठे । नाना के मन की व्यथा जानकर उन लोगों के चले जाने के पश्चात् बाबा उनसे कहने लगे कि नाना, क्यों व्यर्थ में मोहित हो रहे हो । इन्द्रियों को अपना कार्य करने दो । हमें उनके कार्य में बाधक न होना चाहिये । भगवान ने यह सुन्दर सृष्टि निर्माण की है । अतः हमारा कर्तव्य है कि हम उसके सौन्दर्य की सराहना करें । यह मन तो क्रमशः ही स्थिर, होता है और जब सामने का द्घार खुला है, तब हमें पिछले द्घार से क्यों प्रविष्ट होना चाहिये । चित्त शुद्ध होते ही फिर किसी कष्ट का अनुभव नहीं होता । यदि हमारे मन में कुविचार नहीं है तो हमें किसी से भयभीत होने की आवश्यकता नहीं । नेत्रों को अपना कार्य करने दो । इसके लिये तुम्हें लज्जित तथा विचलित न होना चाहिये ।
उस समय शामा भी वही थे । उनकी समझ में न आया कि आखिर बाबा के कहने का तात्पर्य क्या है । इसलिये लौटते समय इस विषय में उन्होंने नाना से पूछा । उस परम सुन्दरी के सौन्दर्य को देखकर जिस प्रकार वे मोहित हुए तथा यह व्यथा जानकर बाबा ने इस विषय पर जो उपदेश उन्हें दिये, उन्होंने उसका सम्पूर्ण वृतान्त उनसे कहकर शामा को इस प्रकार समझाया – हमारा मन स्वभावतः ही चंचल है, पर हमें उसे लम्पट न होने देना चाहिये ।
इन्द्रियाँ चाहे भले ही चंचल हो जाये, परन्तु हमें अपने मन पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण रखकर उसे अशांत न होने देना चाहिये । इन्द्रियाँ तो अपने विषयपदार्थों के लिये सदैव चेष्टा कि यही करती है, पर हमें उनके वशीभूत होकर उनके इच्छित पदार्थों के समीप न जाना चाहिये । क्रमशः प्रयत्न करते रहने से इस चंचलता को नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है । यघपि उन पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण सम्भव नहीं है तो भी हमें उनके वशीभूत न होना चाहिये । प्रसंगानुसार हमें उनका वास्तविक रुप से उचित गति-अवरोध करना चाहिये । सौन्दर्य तो आँखें सेंकने का विषय है, इसलिये हमें निडर होकर सुन्दर पदार्थों की ओर देखना चाहिये । यदि हममें किसी प्रकार के कुविचार न आवे तो इसमें लज्जा और भय की आवश्यकता ही क्या है । यदि मन को निरिच्छ बनाकर ईश्वर के सौन्दर्य को निहारो तो इन्द्रियाँ सहज और स्वाभाविक रुप से अपने वश में आ जायेगी और विषयानन्द लेते समय भी तुम्हें ईश्वर की स्मृति बनी रहेगी । यदि उसे इन्द्रियों के पीछे दौड़ने तथा उनमें लिप्त रहने दोगे तो तुम्हारा जन्म-मृत्यु के पाश से कदापि छुटकारा न होगा । विषयपदार्थ इंद्रियों को सदा पथभ्रष्ट करने वाले होते है । अतएव हमें विवेक को सारथी बनाकर मन की लगाम अपने हाथ में लेकर इन्द्रिय रुपी घोड़ों को विषयपदार्थों की ओर जाने से रोक लेना चाहिये । ऐसा विवेक रुपी सारथी हमें विष्णु-पद की प्राप्ति करा देगा, जो हमारा यथार्थ में परम सत्य धाम है और जहाँ गया हुआ प्राणी फिर कभी यहाँ नहीं लौटता ।
Let the senses do their allotted work.....
|| Om Shri Sainathaya Namah ||
jyot Om Sai jyot Shri Sai jyot Jai Jai Sai jyot
Nanasaheb was once sitting in the Masjid with Mhalasapati and others, a Mahomedan gentlemen from Bijapur came with his family to see Baba. Seeing gosha (veiled) ladies with him, Nanasaheb wanted to go away, but Baba prevented him from doing so. The ladies came and took the darshan of Baba. When one of the ladies removed her veil in saluting Baba's feet and then resumed it again, Nanasaheb, who saw her face, was so much smitten with her rare beauty that he wished to see her face again. Knowing Nana's restlessness of mind, Baba spoke to him after the lady had left the place as follows - "Nana, why are you getting agitated in vain? Let the senses do their allotted work, or duty, we should not meddle with their work. God has created this beautiful world and it is our duty to appreciate its beauty. The mind will get steady and calm slowly and gradually. When the front door was open, why go by the back one? When the heart is pure, there is no difficulty, whatsoever. Why should one be afraid of any one if there be no evil thought in us? The eyes may do their work, why should you feel shy and tottering?"
Shama was there and he could not follow the meaning of what Baba said. So he asked Nana about this on their way home. Nana told him about his restlessness at the sight of the beautiful lady, how Baba knew it and advised him about it. Nana explained Baba's meaning as follows - "That our mind is fickle by nature, it should not be allowed to get wild. The senses may get restless, the body, however, should be held in check and not allowed to be impatient. Senses run after objects, but we should not follow them and crave for their objects.
By slow and gradual practice retlessness can be conquered. We should not be swayed by the senses, but they cannot be completely controlled. We should curb them rightly and properly according to the need of the occasion. Beauty is the subject of sight; we should fearlessly look at the beauty of objects. There is no room for shyness or fear. Only we should never entertain evil thoughts. Making the mind desireless, observe God's works of beauty. In this way the senses will be easily and naturally controlled and even in enjoying objects you will be reminded of God. If the outer senses are not held in check and if the mind be allowed to run after objects and be attached to them, our cycle of births and deaths will not come to an end. Objects of sense are things harmful. With Viveka (discrimination) as our charioteer, we will control the mind and will not allow the senses to go astray. With such a charioteer we reach the Vishnu-pada, the final abode, our real Home from which there is no return."
